Had a xxL pizza, collection, pizza was Mexican B Orig, and Half BBQ Chicken.
After waiting 20 mins, my Pizza was given to me and I took it home, on opening the Box at Home, The contents was Terrible, the Pizza had Very little toppings, the edge of the pizza was around two inches thick, and around 3 inches where there was no Timor’s sauce or toppings, and when trying to pick up pizza, it just fell apart due to the paper thin base which was 60 % of the pizza, as most of the Dough was on the Edges, on informing the staff at Papa Johns, showing them the photos of the above complaint, they just looked at me and said sorry, This was not the answer I was looking for, considering they are one o 3 pizza bars next to each other. Very disappointed.

Delivery of 2 twelve inch pizzas. Buy 1 get 1 free. Philly Steak cheese and the Greek one.
Both had clearly been travelling around for a long time waiting for delivery. Liuke warm, greasy on the inside bottom of the box, overcooked edges, filling not placed to the edge of the pizza, like chewing cardboard. £24 for this delight. Should have cooked the Aldi pizzas I had in my freezer. Thoroughly unimpressed.

Trench, Telford - Worst Papa John's!!
Almost 2 hours for a delivery. Called multiple times and was lied too with regard to why the delivery took so long. Apparently no manager on site and no idea who the area manager is. Strongly recommend any other pizza delivery company.

Over 90 minutes for the delivery, called and complained and the operative thought it was funny. Unacceptable experience all round.

Ordered food 65 minutes ago,phoned for an update to be told its just coming out of the oven it will be another 10 to 15 minute's,food arrives 85 minutes after ordering and not exactly hot either.

Put an order in at 10.53pm and the order was accepted, I received an email not long after stating there was a problem with my order and to call. I called in and was advised they close at 11pm and they had cancelled the order. I checked my account this morning to find that I had been charged for a cancelled order. I have then called the shop this afternoon to ask why I had been charged if I received nothing to be told if they had cancelled the order I would receive a refund in 4-5 days! The young man on the phone didn’t even ask for an order number,name or address to check if the cancellation even took place or if everything went through properly.
I have no issue with them cancelling the order other than it just shouldn’t be possible to order past a certain time if the establishment is closing at 11, also with most fast food places you receive a cancellation notice email to confirm the cancellation and the funds are not taken from your account until the food is out for delivery. I am almost certain the order was not cancelled properly by papa johns.

Whilst the quality is good, some of the drivers are on personal calls or just say nothing on arrival. Oddly as well, today I had a leaflet through the post for the Trench Road shop with February valentines stuff and an advert on the back promoting a new movie of the batman coming in March.

Delivery driver didn't acknowledge me when answering the door to him as he was too busy effing and blinding and shouting on his phone to somebody. Food was awful won't be ordering again. Soggy,cold and greasy!

I have to say pizza quality of Papa Johns is always good. If you haven't tried it yet then you should, specially when there are offers on collection e.g. £3.99, £6.99 etc.

Pizza arrived after 70 mins luke warm. Mrs B and the kids were hungry so couldn't return the order but they did offer to replace my pizza. Got the replacement hot in 20 mins and it was great. Would have been 5 stars if it was like that first time and we could have eaten it together but I'd give them another try sometime.
